Refund policy
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Regular Priced Items
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
After 30 days, returns or exchanges will not be processed.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to initiate any return or exchange.
A restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Eyelash Extension Glue
Unopened products have a shelf life of 18 months from the date of purchase.
Once opened, the shelf life decreases significantly due to the nature of the product, and opened items are not eligible for return or exchange.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process the return of unopened items only.
3. Sale Items
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In cases where the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Inspection and Approval
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Refunds are subject to our discretion, and rejected returns will not be sent back to the customer.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@eglri.com.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure that the package includes your order number and return details for faster processing. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
